MCP Yachts and VRIPACK Unveil Their Newest Project

Entirely custom-built for her owners, MY Queen Tati embodies the essence of MCP YACHTS' philosophy: creating unique vessels that seamlessly combine design, engineering, comfort, and performance in a single project.

Conceived to preserve the cruising lifestyle that her owners had enjoyed aboard their previous MCP yacht, the MY Classic 76, Queen Tati was designed to maximize life on board and the connection with the sea. Outdoor dining areas are featured on virtually every deck, while generous social spaces, welcoming interiors, and contemporary architectural solutions transform every journey into a truly exceptional experience.

Developed in partnership with the renowned Dutch design studio VRIPACK, the project stands out for its intelligent and highly customized solutions. Strategic asymmetry throughout the layout enhances functionality and space utilization without compromising elegance or aesthetic balance. Inside, oak finishes, soft color palettes, and expansive glazing create a sophisticated atmosphere defined by natural light and a constant connection to the surrounding seascape.

Beyond comfort and exclusivity, Queen Tati also delivers remarkable performance. With a top speed of 21 knots, she offers a rare combination of speed, stability, and onboard quietness, placing her among the most refined yachts in her class.

International recognition followed naturally. Together with VRIPACK, we were honored to receive a nomination from BOAT International as one of the six best yacht design projects of 2024, recognizing the originality, innovation, and quality of the concept.

Queen Tati was subsequently selected among the top five superyachts in her category at the World Superyacht Awards 2024, the most prestigious accolade in the international superyacht industry. Held in Venice, Italy, the awards ceremony brought together the world's most outstanding yacht projects and recognized Queen Tati among the finest examples of design, construction, and innovation.

The project also earned recognition at the ISS Awards 2024, organized by the International Superyacht Society, where Queen Tati was selected among the five best motor superyachts in her segment worldwide.

These achievements reaffirm MCP YACHTS' ability to transform dreams into extraordinary yachts and further strengthen our position among the leading names in high-end yacht building on the global stage.

Exterior

Outdoor dining is provided on practically every deck, planned for regular use and to accommodate large groups. A super cozy atmosphere is enhanced by the warm, rich wood trends of Latin America. The exterior with a pronounced grain teak deck and loose furniture in matt varnish. Inside, slatted oak wall panels, stairs, and gray finishes for a contemporary Scandinavian touch. Clear lines of sight to the sea and a soft color palette allow the beauty of the environment to speak for itself.

A-SYMMETRICAL LAYOUT
In key areas where symmetry usually reigns supreme, an a-symmetrical layout gives priority to function. A sitting area is positioned to starboard and a bed to port in the owner's suite. In the main saloon, a TV sideboard and formal dining room are on the starboard side, allowing for relaxed sofas and a large galley on the port side. Stairs centered on the lower deck aft create spaces for a beach club, fitness room and storage, while on the main deck, al fresco dining is to port and sunbeds to starboard.

FAMILY CRUISES
Queen Tati is a boat that has family cruises built into its bones. A 23 feet tender lives on the bow deck. The top speed of 21 knots provides fast thrills. Vripack's signature mood lighting, with recessed lighting and soft, glowing wall lights, makes for a seamless transition from morning to night. But the best seat in the house is reserved for the boutique-sized upper deck - a modern crow's nest of comfort and style.

Interior

The layout of the yacht maximizes storage and guest use. The interior reflects the rich and heavy trends of Latin America, while a gym, an open-air cinema and two two-seater jet skis - stowed on the side of the boat to keep the aft area free for swimming - ensure that the 38m platform is a playground for everyone.

The project is a long-range, high-volume yacht, technically equipped and self-sufficient. Since delivery, the family's dream of cruising the Caribbean in winter, cruising the Mediterranean in summer, and returning to Brazil afterwards has come true.
